长春市城镇化进程中社区管理面临的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures Research of Community Management in the Urbanization of Changchun City

通过分析长春市城镇化进程中社区管理面临的问题，提出了加强社区的自身建设、提高社区调解能力、推进社区事务和各项信息公开、构建社区居民参与社区管理的畅通渠道、创新信息交流方式等加强长春市社区管理工作的可行性对策，以期为长春市城镇化进程的顺利完成做出贡献。

OThrough the analysis of problems of community management in the urbanization process of Changchun, this paper proposed feasible countermeasures in community management on strengthening self-construction community, increasing community mediation capacity, promoting community affairs and the information disclosed, building smooth channels of community residents to participate in community management and innovation information, so as to contribute to the successful completion of the process of urbanization of Changchun City.
