周剂量多西他赛同步放疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与毒副反应观察

Observation of Weekly Dose of Docetaxel With Concurrent Radiotherapy in Treatment of Stage Ⅲ Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Toxicities

目的探究周剂量多西他赛同步放疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法选取我院收治的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者68例,随机分成对照与研究两组,各34例,对照组患者行标准剂量多西他赛同步放疗治疗,研究组患者行周剂量多西他赛同步放疗治疗。治疗后,对两组患者的临床疗效和毒副反应进行对比分析。结果治疗后对照组患者总有效率为70.59%,研究组患者总有效率为73.52%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组中性粒细胞减少、消化道反应及放射性食管炎发生率均低于研究组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用周剂量多西他赛同步放疗与标准剂量多西他赛同步放疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果差异不明显,但周剂量多西他赛同步放疗方法毒副反应发生率更低,可进一步研究。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the weekly dose docetaxel with concurrent radiotherapy in treatment of stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer and toxicity. Methods 68 cases of patients with stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer,who were received by our hospital for treatment,were randomly divided into control and study group,with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given standard-dose docetaxel with concurrent radiotherapy treatment,the study group was given weekly dose of docetaxel with concurrent radiotherapy treatment,after treatment,the clinical efficacy and toxicities of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment,total effective rate patients in the control group was 70.59%,and the total effective rate of patients in the study group was 73.52%,the two groups showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effect of weekly dose of docetaxel with concurrent radiotherapy and the standard dose of docetaxel with concurrent radiotherapy in treatment of stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer is not significantly different,but the weekly dose docetaxel with concurrent radiotherapy method have lower incidence of adverse reactions,and it can be further studied.
