银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗脑供血不足并高脂血症临床效果分析

Efficacy of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule in the Treatment of Cerebral Blood Supply Insufficiency and Hyperlipidemia

目的 探讨针对脑供血不足合并高脂血症患者,观察选择银丹心脑通软胶囊完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法 选择我院2013年9月-2015年8月脑供血不足合并高脂血症患者132例,利用抽签法完成随机分组,A1组（观察组）66例：选择常规治疗＋银丹心脑通软胶囊进行治疗;A2组（对照组）66例：选择常规治疗;观察临床疗效。结果 在临床症状改善总有效率、经颅多普勒改善总有效率方面,同A2组进行比较,A1组优势显著（P〈0.05）。结论 针对脑供血不足合并高脂血症患者,临床选择银丹心脑通软胶囊进行治疗,可以提高疾病预后质量,提高生活质量。

Objective To study on cerebral blood supply insufficiency combined hyperlipidemia patients,observe yindan xinnaotong soft capsule after completion for the clinical effect of treatment. Methods From Sep 2013 to Aug 2015 cerebral blood supply insufficiency of 132 patients with hyperlipidemia,using the method of draw complete randomized,A1（observation group 66 cases）： selected the routine therapy and yindan xinnaotong soft capsule treatment,A2 group（the control group,66 cases）： chose regular treatment,observed the clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate in the clinical symptoms improved and transcranial doppler（TCD）to improve the total effective rate,advantage,comparison with A2 group of A1 group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In view of cerebral blood supply insufficiency with hyperlipidemia patients,clinical choice silver educational brain soft capsule treatment,can significantly improve the quality of the prognosis of disease,improve the quality of life.
