丹红注射液与曲美他嗪联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis Danhong Injection Combined With Trimetazidine in Treating Unstable Angina

目的 分析丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法 收集2014年1月-2015年6月我院接收的不稳定型心绞痛患者88例,将88例患者随机分为对照组（常规治疗）与观察组（常规治疗＋丹红注射液＋曲美他嗪治疗）。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,心绞痛发作频率、持续时间均少于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of danhong injection combined trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods From January 2014 to patients with unstable angina June 2015 in our hospital received 88 cases,88 patients were randomly divided into control group（conventional therapy）and observation group（conventional therapy＋danhong injection＋trimetazidine therapy）. Results The total efficiency was higher,angina frequency,duration was less than the control group,data were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of danhong injection combined trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina are significantly good.
