摘要
目的探讨热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染临床疗效。方法随机将120例急性上呼吸道患儿平均分为两组。观察组采用热毒宁注射液治疗,对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染疗效理想。
Objective To study the effect of reduning injection in treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods We divided 60 patients into two groups. Observation group used reduning injection treatment,the control group used ribavirin treatment,compared the effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of reduning injection in treatment of children is ideal.
