新常态背景下高校学生党建质量标准考评机制研究

Studies on Quality and Evaluation System of Universities Party Construction under the New Normal Theory

新常态背景下要构建高校学生党建工作新格局,以高校学生党建质量考评为契机是强化高校党建质量管理的重要举措。本文分析新常态背景对高校学生党建工作提出的新要求和新思路,尝试构建出高校学生党建工作质量评价指标体系,并从考评组织、考评标准、考评方式和考评效果四方面实现高校学生党建工作质量的绩效化考核。

The New Normal Theory puts new challenges for the universities Party construction. Improving the quality of university Party construction is an important measure and opportunity to strengthen university Party management. This article analyses the new requirements and new ideas provided by the New Normal Theory to university Party construction, and tries to construct the evaluation system of university Party construction quality. Suggestions to realize the performance evaluation to university Party construction quality are proposed from evaluation organization, evaluation standard, evaluation method and evaluation result these four aspects.
