摘要
目的探析集束化护理措施在无肝素连续性血液净化治疗中的应用效果。方法选取54例无肝素连续性血液净化治疗的患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各为27例,研究组给予集束化护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组平均治疗时间(15.6±1.4)h,较对照组(7.0±3.2)h比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论给予集束化护理措施能够减少或预防无肝素连续性血液净化管道及滤器发生凝血情况,是延长治疗时间的较好的方式。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of cluster nursing interventions in the absence of heparin continuous blood purification. Methods 54 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,27 patients were given cluster nursing,control group received conventional care,nursing effect between the two groups were compared. Results Study group average treatment time（15.6±1.4）h,compared with the control group（7.0±3.2）h had a difference,P〈0.05. Conclusion Given cluster of care measures could significantly reduce or prevent non-heparin continuous blood purification pipeline and filter clotting occurs case,it is to extend the treatment time better way.
