优质护理对冠心病患者满意率的影响

Effects of High Quality Nursing on Satisfactory Degree in the Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨优质护理服务对冠心病住院患者护理服务满意率的影响。方法选取我院300例冠心病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均为150例,两组均给予冠心病常规护理措施,观察组同时给予优质护理服务。结果观察组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),住院时间、2年内复发次数观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务可提高冠心病住院患者护理服务满意率。

Objective To explore the effects of high quality nursing on satisfactory degree of inpatients suffering from coronary heart disease. Methods 300 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were divided into the control group（n=150）and the observation group（n=150）,both groups were given with routine nursing and the observation group with high quality nursing. Results Satisfactory rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,hospitalization time and relapse time within two years of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing could increase nursing satisfactory degree of inpatients suffering from CHD.
