摘要
目的分析甲状腺癌患者在隔离治疗期间的心理障碍及护理措施。方法分析140例接受隔离治疗甲状腺癌患者心理状态,将其分组后给予常规护理与综合护理。结果护理前94.3%的甲状腺癌患者存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁心理。经护理观察组抑郁、焦虑情绪、治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌患者隔离治疗期间有焦虑、抑郁情绪,给予综合护理有利于改善其心理状态。
Objective To analysis of thyroid cancer patients in isolation during treatment of psychological disorders and nursing measures. Methods Analysis of 140 patients who underwent isolated treatment for thyroid cancer patients mental state,after the group given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing care. Results The top 94.3% of patients with thyroid cancer care existed different degrees of psychological anxiety and depression. The nursing observation group of depression,anxiety,treatment adherence was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with thyroid cancer isolation during treatment have obvious anxiety and depression,given comprehensive care to improve their psychological state.
