摘要
目的观察临床护理路径在下肢静脉曲张手术患者中的临床效果。方法随机将80例行手术治疗的下肢静脉曲张患者平均分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组住院天数、住院费用、并发症发生率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理路径可缩短患者住院时间。
Objective To observe the effect of clinical pathway in patients with varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods We averaged 80 patients into two groups,the control group used the conventional treatment,and the observation group used the clinical nursing pathway,compared clinical effect of two groups. Results The length of hospital stay,cost of hospitalization and complication rates were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the clinical nursing pathway in patients can shorten the length of hospital stay.
