综合护理在改善突发性耳聋患者心理状态及疗效中的效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Improving Mental State and Curative Effect in Patients With Sudden Deafness

目的 观察综合护理在改善突发性耳聋患者心理状态及疗效中的应用效果。方法 2014年1月-2014年6月我院对收治的突发性耳聋患者84例进行研究,按照数字随机表法将其分为对照组（实施常规护理）与观察组（实施综合护理）。结果 观察组总有效率与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;护理前,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分对比,无差异（P〉0.05）;护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均比对照组低,数据对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 综合护理在改善突发性耳聋患者心理状态及疗效中的应用效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing in improving mental state and curative effect in patients with sudden deafness. Methods From June 2014 to January 2014,the 84 cases of sudden deafness patients in our hospital were studied. According to the digital random table method,the patients were divided into two groups,the control group（routine nursing）and the observation group（comprehensive nursing）. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly different（P 0.05）,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were compared with the control group（P 0.05）,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care in improving the mental state of patients with sudden deafness and the effect of the application of the effect is significant.
