变异性哮喘的中医护理对策分析探讨

TCM Nursing Strategies Study in the Variant Asthma

目的 对变异性哮喘的中医护理措施进行总结。方法 选择我院2013年6月-2015年5月收治的48例变异性哮喘患者作为本次的研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结中医护理措施。结果 经过有效的护理措施后,本组48例患者中,临床控制22例,占45.83%;显效14例,占29.17%;好转9例,占18.75%,无效3例,占6.25%;总有效率为93.75%（45/48）;平均住院时间（12.5±3.2）d。结论 对变异性哮喘患者实施中医护理措施可以取得临床效果。

Objective To sum up the variant asthma with TCM nursing intervention. Methods 48 cases of variant asthma patients admitted from June 2013 to May 2015 as the object of study,the retrospective analysis of the clinical data,summary of TCM nursing. Results Effective nursing care measures,this group of 48 patients,22 cases of clinical control,45.83%,effective 14,29.17%,9 patients,18.75%,3 cases,6.25%,total effective rate of 93.75%（45/48）,average length of stay（12.5±3.2）d. Conclusion The variant asthma with TCM nursing intervention in patients with clinically significant effect can be achieved.
