城市养老社区的自主性治理研究

Research on the Autonomous Governance of Urban Community for Old Age

近年来,城市中的社区养老服务渐渐兴起,并不断发展,但大部分养老社区还处于发展阶段,普遍存在着资源募集面较窄、经费短缺、服务内容单调、社区能动性差等问题,养老社区的自治能力普遍低下。本文以养老社区为核心,纳入组织自主性的观点,进行养老社区与政府、非营利组织、企业及研究机构的网络互动关系研究,探索养老社区自主能力的提升途径。

In recent years, the services of urban communication for old people gradually rise and continue to develop. However, most of them are still in the development stage. There are common problems of the shortage of resources, the shortage of funds, the monotonous service and poor motility of the community. The autonomy of the communication for old people is generally low. Taking the communication for old people as the core, this paper considers the view of the organization＇s autonomy, and studies the relationship of network interaction between the network and the government, non profit organization, enterprise and research organization. The ways to improve the autonomous ability of the communication for old people is also explored in this paper.
