便携式矿用红外瓦斯检测仪的设计

摘要 针对现有瓦斯浓度检测仪具有灵敏度低、精度差、寿命短、易受干扰等缺点,本设计利用红外检测技术,设计出了应用于矿井下的红外瓦斯检测仪。实验证明该红外瓦斯检测仪具有灵敏度高、精度高、抗干扰能力强、响应速度快、连续分析能力强等的优点。 The using gas detector have many shortcomings, such as low sensitivity and accuracy, short life, vulnerable to interference, so an portable gas detector is designed for mine with infrared technology. The tests have showed that this portable infrared gas detector has high sensitivity, high precision, anti-interference ability, fast response, and continuous analysis ability and other advantages.
