本文通过对烟草行业最基层烟叶生产技术指导员的职业特性分析和职业特点分析,使其在烟叶生产组织与管理12个方面、现代烟草农业建设5个方面的内容以及表现出的5种工作特点为人所了解,并从技术员职业发展的角度给予烟草行业基层单位4方面人才培养建议,以期能更重视最基层烟叶生产技术员的职业成长过程。

This paper analyzes the professional characteristics and features of the tobacco leaf production technology instructors which is the most basic class of China Tobacco. It can be shown by 12 aspects of the tobacco leaf production organization and management,5 aspects of the modern tobacco agriculture construction and 5 characteristics of these work, also gives 4 pieces of suggestion to the tobacco companies for the career development and personnel training, in order to attach more importance to the professional growth of the tobacco leaf production technology instructors at the grass-roots level.
