摘要 国内已建成投产的超超临界机组中的3大类型,其汽轮机设计定型和制造完成后其设计效率已基本确定,若需通过优化运行方式来提高机组实际运行效率,高压调门配汽优化是其中一项非常重要的工作。三种汽轮机配汽方式各有特点,与之相对应发展了不同的配汽优化技术。在配汽优化理论分析的基础上对这三类技术进行了分析比较,这些技术都能在无需增加硬件投资的前提下,降低发电成本,实现节能减排。 There are three types ultra supercritical steam turbines,which are built and put into operation in domestic market.When steam turbine design and design efficiency after manufacture are determined,high pressure valve steam distribution optimization is an important task,which is regarded as optimization operation method to improve unit operation efficiency.There are different steam distribution features for three types ultra supercritical steam turbines and there are different steam distribution optimization technologies according to unit development.The article analyzes these technologies based on steam distribution optimization theoretical analysis.All these technologies could reduce power generation cost and realize energy-saving and emission-reducing without more hardware investment.
