我国独居石资源开发利用现状及政策建议

Exploitation and Utilization Status and Policy Suggestions of Monazite Resources

独居石是含有稀土金属和放射性钍、铀元素的磷酸盐矿物,是提炼轻稀土元素的主要矿物之一。近年来,随着全球资源与环境,尤其是稀土资源开发利用和国际贸易中问题的日益突出,独居石矿的开发利用越来越受到国家和社会的重视。介绍了独居石性质及其开发利用现状,系统梳理和分析了我国独居石资源开发的无序、冶炼提取工艺落后、环境污染严重等问题,提出了严禁单一型独居石矿的开采和进口、提高国内伴生独居石资源的利用和管理水平、完善相关管理制度,推动我国稀土行业健康有序发展等政策建议。

Monazite is a kind of phosphate minerals containing rare earth elements, radioactive tho- rium and uranium, it is also one of the main minerals to refine the light rare earth elements. In recent years, with the global resources and environment, especially the exploitation and utilization in rare earth resources and problems in international trade become prominent increasingly, the exploitation and utiliza- tion of monazite managementis getting more and more attention by the state and society. The nature and present exploitation and utilization situation of monazite resources in china are summarized systematically, the problems of disordered exploitation and utilization, backward smelting extraction process, ser/ous envi- ronmental pollution are existed in the process of exploitation and utilization of monazite resources are ana- lyzed in detail. The policy suggestions that strictly limit the exploitation and import of this kind of mono- morphic monazite mine, improve the utilization and management level of the associated monazite re- sources in China and speed up the healthy and orderly development of the rare earth industry in China.
