新疆地区反恐公共危机教育现状与对策

On Anti-terrorism Public Crisis Education and Countermeasures in Xinjiang

当前新疆公众反恐防暴的危机意识和应对能力总体偏低,政府对防范暴力恐怖犯罪的教育重视和投入不足,尚未建立危机教育专门机构,教育的针对性和实效性有待提高。建议培育公众反恐防恐的意识与能力,构建符合新疆区情的系统、科学、多层次的危机教育课程体系;拓宽教育渠道,丰富教育形式,切实提升公众危机参与意识和应对能力。

At present, crisis consciousness and responding abilities of the public in terms of anti-terrorism and violence preventing are still low. The government＇s emphasis and investment on education of preventing terrorist crimes are insufficient, and special crisis education agencies have not been established. The pertinence and effectiveness of crisis education need to be improved. We suggest to cultivate the public＇s crisis consciousness and responding abilities, build up a scientfic, symmetrical and multi-level crisis curriculum suitable for Xinjiang＇s situation, broaden the channels of education, enrich educating forms, and improve the public＇s participation consciousness and responding abilities on crisis.
