人际对待的两个基本原则

Two Basic Principles of Interpersonal Treatment

人际对待的原则大致可以从两方面进行归纳和理解:理性原则和道德原则。理性作为人的本质只能是否定性的规定,只能规定人不是动物;有理性能力的人既能为善又能作恶,理性是一个中性词,人是否能得到尊重还要依据道德原则来评价。一个健全的社会必定包含人们精神的健全,其中包括了对无理性能力者的道德关怀。正义所依据的是对等的理性原则,仁爱作为一种道德原则区分为对等的和单向的,对待无理性能力者只能依据单向的道德原则。

The interpersonal treatment can be summarized and understood from the perspective of rational principle and moral principle. Rationality as the essence of man just can be nugatory, only shows that human is not wildlife. Man with reason ability not only can be benevolent, but also vicious. Rationality is a neutral word; one should be respected or not depends on the moral evaluation. A sound society must include the soundness of people＇s spirit, which containing the moral concern to irrational man. Justice is based on the rational principle of reciprocity, and the benevolence which as a moral principle can be divided into reciprocity and unilateralism. The treatment to irra- tional man can only be based on unilateral moral principle.
