降低人工气道患者多重耐药菌感染发生率 被引量:2

Reducing the Incidence of Multiple Resistant Bacteria Infection in Patients with Artificial Airway

摘要 开展品管圈活动,通过脑力激荡法绘制鱼骨图,通过关联图及冰山图明确要因,并进行真因验证,从人员培训、专业技术提升、流程完善、设备管理等方面改进。改善后,人工气道患者感染发生率降低至12.8%,与改善前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。 The quality control circle (QCC) activity was carried out to draw fishbone diagrams through brainstorming and to find out the true causes through association figure and iceberg figurre with verification. Improvement was made from personnel training, professional skills upgrading, improving processes, and facilities management. Compared with before improvement, the infection rate in patients with artificial airway decreased to 12.8% which had statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05).
