摘要
开展品管圈活动,针对无胰岛素贮存流程、冰箱药品管理制度欠完善、护士胰岛素知识缺乏等真因进行改进,使胰岛素贮存不正确率由22.4%降低至6.6%,丰富了护士胰岛素知识,提高了护士对胰岛素贮存行为的重视程度。
The quality contrnl circle (QCC) activity was carried out to improve on the causes of no insulin storage procedures, undevelopedrefrigerator medication management systems, and lack of insulin - relatedknowledge of nurses. The incorrect rate of insulin storage decreased from 22.4% to 6.6%. Furthermore, nurses'insulin - related knowledge was enriched and the degree of the nurse's emphasis on insulin storage behavior was improved.
