摘要
通过在门诊药房开展品管圈活动,分析门诊处方调配差错发生的真因,制订相应对策并实施,使药品调配差错从平均每天11.9件降低至平均每天3.1件,下降了73.9%。圈员在辨析能力、责任意识、执行力、沟通协调、学习创新以及总结改进等方面能力均有所提升。品管圈作为有效的质量控制手法,可应用于药剂科质量管理。
By quality control circle (QCC) in outpatient pharmacy, the causes of dispensing error were analyzed, the countermeasures were developed and implemented, which decreased the dispensing error from daily average of 11.9 to 3.1 with a decrease of 73.9%. The circle members were enhanced with the analysis capability, sense of responsibility, execution capability, communication and coordination, learning and innovation capacity, and aspect of summary for improvements. As an effective quality control technique, the QCC can be used in pharmacy quality management.
