降低产妇产后乳房胀痛发生率

Reduction of the Incidence of Postpartum Breast Swelling Pain

在系统培训基础上，通过自愿报名方式组建“呵护图”，按照品管圈活动步骤，对产妇乳房胀痛进行护理干预。活动后，产妇产后乳房胀痛发生率由30％降低至8％。

Based on systematic training, the ＂care circle＂ was established through voluntary enrollment method. In accordante with steps of quality control circle （QCC） , nursing intervention was performed on patients with postpartum breast swelling pain. After the intervention, incidence of postpartum breast swelling pain was decreased from 30% to 8%.
