摘要
在前期研究的钢渣最佳替换率的基础上,将不同粒径钢渣制成普通硅酸盐钢渣混凝土试块,分别浸泡在硫酸根离子浓度为8000 mg/L和镁离子浓度为3000 mg/L的侵蚀溶液中,分析在6个月侵蚀期内普通硅酸盐钢渣混凝土分别在侵蚀环境中的抗侵蚀性能。试验结果表明:钢渣粒径的大小对钢渣混凝土抗侵蚀性能是有影响的,钢渣粒径越小,其含有的游离活性成分越少,在其配制强度不降低反而增加的情况下,对其抗侵蚀性能有帮助。
On the basis of previous studies of slag optimal replacement ratio, useing the different sizes of steel slag to made of ordinary portland steel slag concrete block, were soaked in sulfuric acid ion concentration of 8000 mg/L and magnesium ions erosion solution concentration 3000 mg/L, to analysis that ordinary portland steel slag concrete in six-month period, respectively, in sulfate erosion and magnesium erosion corrosion properties. The results showed that the size of the steel slag is influent concrete anti-corrosion performance, the steel slag smaller the particle size, the less free which contains the active ingredient , in the preparation of its strength is not reduced but increased, and it is help to anticorrosion properties.
