A Research Report about the Comprehensive Investigation Mode of the Police Station of Hangzhou East Railway Station

综合查缉是铁路公安机关打击犯罪的一种有效方式和手段。随着高铁建设的快速发展,大型新客站站场结构、乘降组织、治安形势、旅客构成等均与传统的火车站有较大区别,铁路公安传统的查缉模式已不适应。现以杭州东站派出所新客站综合查缉模式为例,探求新客站综合查缉的方式方法及存在的不足,指明发展方向,力求找到更为符合一线实战需要的综合查缉方式,推动综合查缉工作的持续、健康发展。

Comprehensive investigation is an effective method of attacking crimes for railway police departments. Along with the rapid development of high-speed railway construction, large-scale new railway stations are very different from old ones in the structure of station, the organization of on-off passengers, the situation of public security, the component of passengers, etc. Consequently traditional investigation mode has not been applicable in the case. Taking the comprehensive investigation mode of the police station of Hangzhou East Railway Station as an example, this paper tries to study the comprehensive investigation method of new stations and its defaults, point out its direction and find out a better measure so as to promote the investigation to develop in a persistent and healthy way.
