摘要
介绍了一种不需要专门制作测力轮对的城轨车辆轮重减载率的动态测试方法。文章详细阐述了试验原理及试验过程,通过对试验结果数据处理分析得到该测试方法下的轮重减栽率,与该车辆静态测试及测力轮对测试的轮重减载率进行比较,发现试验结果符合实际情况,测试取得良好的效果。
This paper illustrates a dynamic test method without using specially - made dynamometric wheelset for the rate of wheel load reduction of mass transit vehicles, while elaborating the testing principles and test process. By comparison of the rates of wheel load reduction obtained through data processing of the test results from the mentioned test method, and those achieved from static test and dynamic calculation, it is found that the test results conform to the real situation, and the test come to a success.
