在当代研发外包不断增长的趋势及知识生产模式2等外部因素和内部因素作用下,在一些更依赖科学知识含量的高科技领域,一大批独立型研发企业(或机构)开始兴起,其形成模式主要有三种。独立型研发企业(机构)是一种研发实验室与企业的辩证统一,也是研发机构发展演进中的一种高级形态;同时,它将我国"产学研"合作中中介体系的不足略过,直接面对市场,省却了中介环节。这对于将我国一些科研院所从落后于科研生产力发展的生产关系中解放出来、将研发优势迅速转化为经济优势具有理论和实践意义;是深化我国科研体制改革、促进科技与经济有机结合的一个路径选择。

Under the background of increasing trend of R＆D outsourcing, Mode 2 production of knowledge and other external factors and internal factors, a large number of independent R＆D enterprise （or organization） began to rise in a number of high-tech areas which are more dependent on the scientific knowledge, such as biomedicine and IC chip industry. There are three main modes of its formation. Independent R＆D enterprise （organization） is a dialectical unity between R＆D laboratories and enterprises, and the evolution of R＆D institutions into an advanced form; while it faces to the market directly, without the need for an intermediary link. This will help setting some of our research institutes free from the situation of the production relations lagging behind the research productivity development, making R＆D advantages into economic advantages quickly. It will also be a path selection for our scientific research system reform deepened and technology ＆ economic combination promoted.
