金属丝网增强水泥基材料的电磁防护性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 金属丝网不仅能够有效提高水泥混凝土材料的抗侵彻、抗冲击性能,还可以起到减少裂缝等作用。本文在1~18GHz波段范围内研究了金属丝网增强水泥净浆的吸波性能,在10k Hz^1.5GHz频率内进行了金属丝网增强水泥砂浆的电磁屏蔽性能测试。结果表明,厚度为10mm时最大电磁波吸收率约为16d B,大于6d B的累计带宽有5.5GHz,30mm时最大吸收率约9d B,大于6d B的累计带宽有3GHz。钢丝网复合水泥砂浆具有良好的屏蔽效能:随着频率的增加,屏蔽效能逐渐增加。当频率大于450MHz时,屏蔽效能都大于8d B;镀锌钢丝网复合水泥砂浆最大屏蔽效能约16d B,而没有镀锌的能够达到20d B。 Metal wire mesh can not only effectively improve the anti penetration, impact resistance of cement concrete materials, but also can play a role in reducing the cracks. In this paper, the absorbing performance of metal wire mesh reinforced cement paste was studied in the range of 1-18GHz band, and the electromagnetic shielding performance in 10kHz-1.5GHz was tested. The results show that the maximum electromagnetic wave absorption rate of 10mm is about 16dB, and the total bandwidth over 6dB is 5.SGHz, the maximum absorption rate of 30mm is about 9dB, and the total bandwidth over 6dB is 3GHz. Steel wire mesh composite cement mortar has good shielding effectiveness: with the increase of frequency, the shielding effectiveness is gradually increasing. When the frequency is greater than 450MHz, the shielding effectiveness is greater than 8dB. The maximum shielding effectiveness of the galvanized steel wire mesh composite cement mortar is about 16dB, and that of no zinc plating one can reach 20dB.
