石墨烯纳米片对水泥基复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:18

Influence of Graphene Nanoplatelets on Mechanical Properties of Cement-based Composites

摘要 采用球磨法将石墨烯纳米片分散在水泥基体中,研究了石墨烯纳米片掺量对水泥基材料抗折强度和抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明,适量的石墨烯纳米片可均匀分散在水泥基体中,通过桥联效应和拔出效应对水泥基材料起增强增韧作用,当石墨烯纳米片掺量为0.04%时,石墨烯纳米片与水泥基体界面结合良好,没有明显过渡层,试件3d抗折强度和抗压强度分别提高了22.84%和23.61%。 Graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) were dispersed in the cement matrix by milling method. The effect of GNPs with different contents on the flexural strength and compressive strength of composites were studied. The results showed that well dispersed GNPs improved the mechanical properties of cement composites, owing to GNPs excellent pulling-out and bridging capability. When the GNPs content was 0.04%, the mechanical properties of cement composites were increased obviously. Its flexural and compressive strength increased by 22.84% and 23.61% respectively compared with the referee sample after curing 3 days. The interface between graphene nanoplatelcts and cement was bonded well, with no obvious transition layer.
