摘要 探讨了柞蚕丝过氧化氢漂白新工艺,在柞蚕丝过氧化氢漂白中加入新型绿色环保过氧化氢激活剂Dorelan PO liq。通过优化过氧化氢漂白柞蚕丝工艺试验,探讨了Dorelan PO liq作为过氧化氢激活剂对柞蚕丝漂白的可行性,并通过单因素试验优化出最佳工艺条件。结果表明,当过氧化氢用量为20 m L/L,Dorelan PO liq用量为4 g/L,p H=4.5,温度为55℃,时间为45 min,漂白后的柞蚕丝的白度为75.012,断裂强力为2.14 cN,与传统的双氧水漂白工艺相比,纤维损伤减小且手感柔软、膨松。 A new hydrogen peroxide bleaching technology of tussah silk was discussed by adding new friendly hydrogen peroxide activator Dorelan PO liq. Through the optimizing process, the feasibility of Dorelan PO liq used as hydrogen peroxide activator to tussah bleaching was analyzed and the technology was optimized by single factor experiment. The results showed that the white degree of tussah silk was 75.012 and the breaking strength was 2.14 cN after bleaching under the optimal process condition of 20 mL/L hydrogen peroxide, 4 g/L Dorelan PO liq, and pH 4.5 reacting at 55 ℃ for 45 min. Compared with conventional hydrogen peroxide bleaching process, the fiber damage reduced and shows a softer and bulker handle.
