大环内酯类药物治疗肺炎支原体感染患儿变异性哮喘的疗效观察

Clinical observation of macrolides in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections

目的探讨大环内酯类药物治疗肺炎支原体感染患儿变异性哮喘的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2012年1月-2014年12月肺炎支原体感染所致变异性哮喘患儿230例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各115例;对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿加用大环内酯类药物序贯治疗;比较两组患儿治疗前后临床各项指标及疗效。结果观察组患儿血清嗜酸粒细胞计数(EOS)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-3(IL-3)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);肺通气功能:观察组肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗有效率93.04%明显高于对照组72.17%(P<0.01)。结论大环内酯类药物有助于提高变异性哮喘患儿免疫功能,改善肺通气功能,提高治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE To study effect of macrolides in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma caused by Mycoplasrna pneumoniae infections so as to provide references for clinical treatments. METHODS Totally 230 cases of children with cough variant asthma caused by M. pneumoniae infections from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2014 were divided into observation group and control group with 115 cases each. Control group was given conventional （CVA） treatment, while the observation group added with macrolides drug. The immune function, pulmonary ventilation function and clinical curative effect were compared between two groups. RESULTS The level of EOS, IgE, IL- 3 were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Levels of VC, FVC, FEV1, PEF of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. And the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 93.04 %, which was significantly higher than the control group of 72.17 % （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Macrolides drugs help to improve immune function and pulmonary ventilation function of children with cough variant asthma with great curative effect.
