青光眼滤过术后滤过泡相关性眼炎与感染的临床特点

Clinical characteristics of postoperative bleb-related ophthalmia and infections in patients undergoing glaucoma filtration surgery

目的探讨青光眼滤过术后滤过泡相关性眼炎及感染状况的临床特点,为临床治疗及预防感染提供参考依据。方法选择2014年1-12月医院接诊的30例（30只眼）经过青光眼滤过术治疗的患者进行回顾性的分析,比较术后1、3个月患者眼压、视力以及滤过泡形态,对患者术后感染进行分析,数据采用SPSS 14.0软件进行统计分析。结果 30例患者术后共8例患者发生感染,感染率为26.67%;术后1个月,患者视力矫正至0.1~0.5占53.33%,术后3个月,患者视力矫正〉0.5占16.67%,患者视力矫正至0.1~0.5占80.00%,视力〈0.1仅占3.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论青光眼滤过术后会引起滤过泡相关性眼炎及感染,按照医嘱合理、迅速、准确用药,及时地采取有效护理措施,能够有效地控制滤过泡相关性眼炎及感染。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical characteristics of the postoperative bleb-related ophthalmia and in- fections in patients undergoing glaucoma filtration surgery so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment and pre- vention of the infections. METHODS A total of 30 patients （ 30 eyes） who underwent the glaucoma filtration sur- gery in the hospital from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The intraocular pressure （IOP）, vis- ual acuity, and bleb morphology were observed and compared after the surgery was finished for one and three months, the postoperative infections were analyzed, and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 14.0 software. RESULTS The postoperative infections occurred in 8 of 30 patients, with the infection rate of 26.67%. Of all the patients receiving the surgery, 53.33% were with the visual acuity corrected to 0.1-0.5 after the surgery for one month, and 16.67 % were with the visual acuity corrected to more than 0. 5 after the sur- gery for three months. 80.00% of the patients were with the visual acuity corrected to 0.1~0.5, and only 3.33% of the patients were with the visual acuity corrected less than 0.1, and the difference was significant （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The glaucoma filtration surgery may lead to the postoperative bleb-related ophthalmia and infec- tions. It is an effective way to use a/ltibiotics reasonably, rapidly, and accurately hy following the doctor＇s advice and take effective nursing measures in altiinely manner so as to control the bleb-related ophthalmia and infections.
