淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲脲支原体感染与女性不孕症的关系

Relationship between infections of Chlamydia trachomatis,Neisseria gonorrhoeae,and Ureaplasma urealyticum and infertility

目的研究探讨女性淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲脲支原体感染与不孕症的关系,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法对医院2010年4月-2014年4月诊治的80例女性不孕患者为不孕组和80例可疑性病女性患者为可疑组进行分析,同期选取80名已生育妇女为对照组,检测各组受试者淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲脲支原体感染情况,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果不孕组患者中淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲脲支原体的感染率分别为30.42%、87.50%、90.00%,明显高于对照组的5.00%、12.50%、15.00%;且淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲脲支原体的感染率与宫颈糜烂程度呈正相关性。结论淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲脲支原体与女性不孕具有密切的相关性,须加强不孕患者上述项目的临床监测。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relevance of infection of Chlarnydia trachornatis, Neisseria gonorrhoe- ae, and Ureaplasma urealyticum and infertility so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatments. METHODS Totally 80 cases of infertile patients and 80 cases of suspected sexually transmitted disease patients were enrolled in the present research in Our hospital from Apr. 2010 to Apr. 2014. Females who have bred chil- dren （80 cases） in the same period were chosen as control group. The infection status of C. trachomatis, N. gon- orrhoeae, and U. urealyticum were assayed by real time PCR. All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0. RESULTS The positive rates of C. trachomatis, N. gonorrhoeae, and U. urealyticum were higher in infertile pa- tients, respectively 30.42%, 87.50% and 90.00%, than the healthy subjects （5.00%, 12.50% and 15.00%） （P〈0.05）. The results also showed that the positive rate of C. trachornatis, N. gonorrhoeae, and U. urealytic- urn had a positive relationship with cervical erosion. CONCLUSION C. trachornatis, N. gonorrhoeae, and U. ure- alyticurn have a close relationship with infertility and should be treated seriously in clinical surveillance.
