摘要
对宁钢2座2500m^3高炉炉基煤气泄漏的治理进行了总结。着重阐明了炉缸与炉基气隙的产生、危害与封堵技术原理,并结合宁钢高炉炉底设计、打水停炉、冷却壁漏水等方面,分析了炉缸与炉基煤气泄漏的原因。通过探索、研究、总结、细化炉基煤气泄漏的治理工艺,在炉底区域重新构建煤气第一、二道防线,采用开孔灌浆填充气隙内部通道、外围重建二次密封的内外结合治理模式,达到了遏制煤气外泄、控制气隙通道扩大的目的,保证了高炉的安全生产。
The measures against gas leakage in Foundation Area of Ningbo Steel's two 2 500 m3 BF are introduced together with occurrence and hazards of air gaps at furnace hearth and base as well as technical principle of sealing. Additionally, the author analyzes the reason of gas leakage from furnace hearth with respect to design of BF bottom, water sprinkling operation for furnace blowing-down and water leakage at cooling stave. By a series of works in exploring, researching and elaborating the gas leakage control process, two gas fortification lines are rebuilt at furnace bottom area, and the method of injecting into the gaps for filling the air gap + additional sealing at coverage layer is applied to block the gas internally and externally. As a result, the gas leakage and air pocket path get controlled and safe production of blast furnace is ensured.
