服务产业正在迅猛地发展成为我国经济的支柱产业之一。对服务行业市场营销的特点进行深入的分析和研究无疑将变得重要和迫切。根据一般有形产品与服务的区别深入分析和研究服务自身的特征和对市场营销组合的影响,对于制定有效的服务市场营销组合与策略是十分重要的。
Service industry is rapidly expanding into one of the main industries in our economy. It will become inreas- ingly important and wrgent to have a thorough researeh into service marketing. This article starts from distingguish tan- gible goods from intangible service, emphases four critical charateristics of service, discusses, analyses and criticizes the nature of service marketing, and finally puts forward feasible suggestions.
