摘要
经济学是以资源的稀缺性为出发点的，网络经济作为一种新的经济形态也离不开优化资源配置这一经济学主题。网络经济的出现改变了市场配置资源的过程，使资源配置的效率得到提高。
Economics begins with the scarcity of resources. As a kind of new economy, cyber economy aims at optimizing resources allocation. The thesis introduces the cyber economy firstly. It treats that cyber economy changes the way of resources allocation the market used to do, which improves the efficiency of resources allocation.
