The “hot” sale of electrical appliances through price reductian now brings about many problems, It may accelerate capital return,however, the companies involved and easily dragged into malignant competition. The principle of profit offsetting cost prevails in price design, as still enalle compaies to get maximum excessive profit. To win the competition,companies should add value to products by competing for value increase instead of price reduction.
