摘要
聚集经济是通过规模经济和范围经济的获得来实现的。通过对中国在计划经济和市场经济两种体制下的城市化进程分析 ,指出城市规模结构、小城镇和城市制度中存在的问题 ,同时给出实现聚集效益的相应建议。
Agglomeration is achieved through scaled economy and sphere economy. This paper, by analyzing in china the process of urbanization under both planned economy and market economy, points out the problems existing in city scale, town and city system, and meanwhile offers corresponding measures to attain to agglomeration economy.
