The status quo and challenge and opportunity about environmental protection and mechanical enterprises in China after entering WTO were firstly concluded. The advantages and disadvantages about choosing the financing policy of enterprises were subsequently analyzed from the eyes of the creditor's rights governance . The specific measures about the bond financing policy of the environmental protection and mechanical enterprises were finally put forwards.
