摘要 柑橘包括有橘、柚、枳、柑、橙、橼等,因汁多、味美,具有较高的营养价值和药理功效而广受人们喜爱。一些研究表明,柑橘富含类黄酮类、类萜、香豆素类、胡萝卜素类等功能性物质,具有抗癌活性、防止心血管疾病、抗病毒、镇痛等生理活性功能。类胡萝卜素就是其中重要的一类生物活性物质,
