摘要
目的 探讨股动脉切开法在主动脉内球囊反搏置入术中的应用.方法 回顾性分析直视下切开股动脉完成7例危重冠脉旁路移植术中置入主动脉内球囊反博的方法.其中男性3例,女性4例,年龄59~72岁,术前左室射血分数:30%~42%,NYHA分级:Ⅱ~Ⅳ级.结果 7例患者均成功置入主动脉内球囊反搏,置入过程中失血不超过5 m L,植入时间6~8 min,反搏效果满意,无切口及置入侧肢体并发症.结论 采用直视股动脉切开法置入主动脉内球囊反搏是一种有效、可靠、简便的方法.
Objective To explore the application of femoral incision technique via directly-view in intra-aortic balloon pump insertion. Methods A retrospective analysis of 7 cases of critical coronary artery bypass grafting insertion of intra-aortie balloon pump by using femoral artery incision under directly vision. There were 3 males and 4 females, aged 59-72 years, with preoperative left ventricle ejection fraction of 30%-42% and NYHA grades II-IV. Results The intra-aortic balloon pump was successfully used in seven eases. The total blood loss in the insertion process was less than 5 mL, and the time of consumption was 6-8 minutes, with a satisfacto~.v counter-pulsation effect and without any complications of incision and limb. Conclusion The technique of femoral artery incision for insertion of intra-aortic balloon pump is effective, reliable, and maneuverable.
