摘要 为深入研究电动汽车轻量化技术,主要从电池轻量化、电驱传动总成轻量化、车身轻量化和其他零部件轻量化4个方面对其研究现状进行了介绍,从技术层面分析了电动汽车在材料、设计方法及制造工艺的轻量化上取得的进展。总结了电动汽车轻量化对续航里程、行驶能耗、电池寿命和安全性能等方面的影响。从高比能量和高比功率电池、高功率密度电机及轻量化车身3个角度提出了电动汽车轻量化技术的关键问题,并对电动汽车轻量化技术提出展望。 Current status of Electric Vehicle (EV) lightweight technology is introduced mainly from four aspects of battery, electric drive transmission assembly, car body and other automotive parts to further research the lightweight technology of EV. From technique aspect, research progress of EV lightweight material, design method, and manufacture process is analyzed. The impact of EV lightweight technology on cruising mileage, driving energy, battery life and safety performance is summarized. Key technical issues of EV lightweight technology are proposed from high specific energy and specific power battery, high power density motor and lightweight car body, and development perspective of EV lightweight technology is presented.
