摘要
依据科学性、实用性、完备性和可行性原则,建立了由资源、环境、经济、社会四个子系统组成的陕西省城市可持续发展能力指标体系,并利用改进的熵值法对陕西省各年份的四个子系统进行定量评估,再以资源、环境得分为输入数据,以经济、社会得分为输出数据,运用三种DEA模型对陕西省城市可持续发展能力进行评价。结果显示:从2004—2012年,陕西省城市可持续发展能力提高不大,表明在资源与环境双重约束下的城市可持续发展能力面临较大的压力。
Based on the principles of science, practicality, completeness and feasibility, the index system of city sustainable development ability in Shaanxi province was established, which consisted of four subsystems : resource, environment, economy, society. These four subsystems were quantitatively assessed annually by the improved entropy method. Withthe scores of resourceand environment as the input, and the scores of economy and society as the output, three kinds of DEA model were used to evaluate the ability of urban sustainable development in the Shaanxi province. The evaluation results showed that from 2004 to 2012 ,the urban sustainable development ability of Shaanxi province was improved a little, presenting that in the dual constraints of resources and environment, the urban sustainable development capacity was facing great pressure.
