民国前期中原地区红十字组织发展探赜(1912-1937)

Exploration into the Development of Red Cross Movement in Central Plains During the Early Republican(1912-1937)

入民国后,中原地区始有红十字组织筹建,之后即获得迅速发展。分会数量持续增加、规制调整及时合范、会员征求运动积极开展,组织建设取得明显成效,进入民元以来发展状态最好的时期。伴随着1930年代总会工作中心的调整和当时河南省情的变化,这一历史时期中原地区红十字运动呈现出一种会务渐进调整、发展逐步深入、功能日趋转化之态,总、分会之间原来充满温情和亲切感的同仁群体气息也日渐褪去,呈现出由"熟悉的亲切"向"陌生的密切"的转化与过渡。

Red Cross organization of Henan province was born in 1912.After then,it developed rapidly.The number of branch continued to increase;branch＇s rules and regulations adjusted timely;and recruitment campaign of branch carried out actively.The organization buildings of Red Cross in Central Plains made remarkable achievements and came into the best development period since the Republic.With adjustment of work center of Chinese Red Cross Society in 1930 sand the change of Henan province＇s situation,Red Cross Movement took on a gradual transformation and further development during this historical period.The warmth and intimacy atmosphere of original staff group between general association and branch also gradually faded,it appeared the conversion and transition from ＂familiar of kind＂to＂unfamiliar of close＂.
