钢铁企业对土壤和地下水的污染影响研究

目前国内还少有钢铁企业生产对土壤和地下水环境污染影响的翔实资料,难以回答在什么情况下、什么地方污染影响可能很大。而钢铁企业搬迁后厂区原有土地的规划利用、新建钢铁企业地下水的影响评价都会遇到这个问题且日益受到关注。实际环评中,严格按导则要求进行一级评价,进行大量的实测和模式计算的项目也并不多,大多删繁就简,得出可行的结论。一个大型联合钢铁企业翔实的土壤和地下水调查数据和一新建钢铁项目的环评实例,或可给出一些有价值的参考结果。

At present,there are still few materials about the soil and groundwater environmental pollution caused by iron production. It is difficult to answer the problem of where pollution impact may be the most severe or under what circumstances？ This problem is becoming growing concern when evaluating the impact of groundwater from new steel enterprises and planning land use of the removed original factory. In the actual EIA,the majority of iron and steel projects did not strictly according to the requirements of the guidelines for a highest level evaluation to conduct a large number of measurement and model calculation,most feasibility conclusion is obtained by cutting out the superfluous. A large joint iron and steel enterprises with detailed data of soil and groundwater survey data,and a new steel project EIA example,or can give some useful analysis results.
