摘要 将ASBR-SBR工艺用于丙烯酸吸水树脂生产废水的处理。研究了ASBR反应器厌氧消化时间对废水CODcr去除性能和对后续SBR处理效果的影响。结果表明,厌氧消化24 h,既可去除大部分有机物,又可保持出水较好的可生化性,为后续SBR工艺运行提供了良好的进水条件。通过实验确定了SBR反应器的最佳运行工艺,进水搅拌3 h、曝气8 h、沉淀1 h、出水2 h、闲置1 h,CODcr总去除率为96.56%,出水CODcr<500 mg/L,满足当地接管标准。 Anaerobic sequence batch reactor and aerobic sequence batch reactor were combined to treat the acrylic acid resin industrial wastewater. Infections of digestion time to the elimination efficiency of CODcrand to the CODcrremoval in behind SBR were studied. The result indicated that the wastewater with 24 hours' digestion retained high elimination efficiency of CODcrand B / C,which benefit to the CODcrremoval in behind SBR process. Under the optional conditions of SBR process,fill and stirring3 h,aeration 8 h、settling 1 h、drawing 2 h、idling 1 h,the CODcrelimination rate is 96. 56%,the effluent CODcris lower than 500 mg / L which can reach local takeover standard.
