利用火电厂废热对脱硫废水蒸发浓缩工业性中试零排放实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 现行常规处理的火电厂脱硫废水,设备故障率高、难以去除重金属离子和无法去除氯离子等诸多缺点。本实验利用电厂余废热对脱硫废水进行常温蒸发,对实验前后水质测试可知,实验减量浓缩效果显著,该技术的热交换过程温升小,蒸发过程全部发生在蒸发单元的气相和液相的界面,基本消除了结垢风险,对系统进水水质要求低,可根据电厂脱硫废水的实际情况仅需简单调整p H值即可进行蒸发处理,节省了大量的药剂费用,由于属于常温常压范围,大大降低了高含盐量条件下的设备腐蚀风险,减少了设备制造成本,使废水零排放技术的大规模推广成为可能。 Conventional methods for treating desulfurized wastewater from thermal power plants have many shortcomings such as,high equipment failure rate,difficult to remove heavy metal ions and chloride ions. This paper uses waste heat from power plants to evaporate the desulfurized wastewater at room temperature. The study shows the water quality before and after the experiment,detecting significant concentrated effect. Temperature rise of the heat exchange process technology is small. Evaporation process occurred in all the vapor and liquid evaporation unit interface,basically eliminating the risk of fouling,low water quality requirements for the system. The p H value can be adjusted based on the actual situation of the power plant desulfurization wastewater evaporation process,save a lot of pharmaceutical costs,because they belong to the range of temperature and pressure,greatly reduces the risk of equipment corrosion under conditions of high salinity,reduced equipment manufacturing costs. Wastewater zero emissions technology is applicable for large-scale application.
