摘要
该文系统总结了治疗痛风的临床经验。笔者认为痛风相当于中医的痹症,其多由内生湿邪致病,以内因论治本病,并根据痛风不同分期对应痹证不同分类加以辨证论治。为中医药治疗痛风提供相应的诊疗方法。
This article summarized the clinical experience of the treatment of gout.We believe that the Chinese equivalent of rheumatism gout,the endogenous pathogenic damp,in internal medicine,according to the different stages of the different classification with gout corresponding to syndrome differentiation and treatment.Provide the diagnosis and treatment method of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gout.
