摘要
目的:优化哮喘方各有效成分的提取条件。方法:以药效学试验筛选大工艺制备路线;采用单因素试验,多指标优选各药味制备工艺路线参数;比较可能影响哮喘方中有效成分提取率的因素。结果:最终确定哮喘方提取工艺为:艾叶90%乙醇40℃温浸2次,每次8倍量,每次2 h;其余以70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次8倍量,每次2 h。结论:本实验筛选出的哮喘方提取工艺方法简便,工业生产便于实现。
Objective:Optimization of extraction of the effective components of Xiaochuan dropping pill. Method:Pharmacodynamics experiment resu Lts is an important indexe for the choice of the preparation process. Determine the detail technological parameter by single factor experiment. Comparison of the extraction rate of effective components of possible factors influence asthma decoction. Result:Ultimately determine the Xiaochuan dropping pill extraction technology:Artemisia was extracted by 90% ethanol,2 times,each time 8 times amount,2 hours each time;the others with 70% ethanol reflux extraction 2 times,each time 8 times amount,2 hours each time. Conclusion:This experiment screened the Xiaochuan dropping pill extraction process is simple,easy to realize industrial production.
