摘要
代谢组学与中医以及针灸在整体性、动态性、即时性的特点上有明显的趋同性,因此代谢组学可为研究中医证候、针灸治疗提供新思路,即运用代谢组学方法寻找中医证候以及针灸干预后的标志性代谢产物或代谢通路,初步揭示证候的分子生物学诊断指标,明确证候中发生的相应变化物质,从而为中医药现代化搭建了重要平台。
Metabonomics,the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture have obvious convergence in the holistic,dynamic,real-time characteristics,therefore metabonomics provide new ideas for the study of TCM syndrome and acupuncture treatment,namely using metabolomics methods finds Chinese medicine syndromes,iconic metabolites or metabolic pathways after acupuncture intervention,initially reveals the molecular biology diagnostic indicators of syndromes,clears syndrome change material,builds an important platform for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
